I have a flat for rent in Willoughby. It is a quiet sunny unit at the rear of the block. It is two bus stops to the city and the train is a ten min walk. The bus stop is 20 metres from the front gate. The building is secure with a new intercom system.
It has one large bedroom and a second smaller bedroom.
It has new carpet and is on the first floor.
It has a large kitchen with dishwasher and a private internal laundry.
The kitchen and bathroom are newly renovated. Both have underfloor heating. (Great in winter)
The unit has windows on three sides and gets lots of sun.
It has its own parking space in the rear yard. There is a security gate with remote buzzer to access the carparking.
Pets would be fine but I would need to let the body corp know. The flat has had a medium size dog (Belgium Shepherd) and several cats living there over the years whilst several cats now live in the building. Big dogs are acceptable. (Owner has a Great Dane and is very pet friendly but pet must be well behaved)
There is a small park at the rear of the yard with a gate out to it plus extra off street Council parking at the rear entrance.
The unit is at the back of the block with double brick walls and high ceilings. There are only 5 units in the block.
The unit is really quiet inside.
The entire unit block is Non Smoking including the grounds. It is one of the first smoke free stratas.
